Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide office administrative secretarial support to leasing and operations team
- Responsible for office logistics and operations
- Handle filing of paperwork
- Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by the leasing manager
Job requirements:
- Able to start immediately
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
- Ability to prioritise tasks, time management, and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task and work independently with initiative.
- Meticulous and able to think of solutions to problems
- Positive and 'can-do' attitude
- Bonus: to possess at least 1 year of working experience in F&B industry
Salary: $1,200 - $2,000 depending on past experience
