Job Description
JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your Major Responsibilities include:
You will formulate and implement strategies to maximise the exposure of our Company and Development Portfolio.
- Identifying Market Segments & prospect New Marketing Strategies.
- Integrate Product Key Features with Marketing & Sales concepts.
- Online Marketing, Preparation of Events & Liaising with Property Agents.
- Work hand-in-hand within Sales & Marketing Team.
- To provide Monthly Report on the Sales Achieved and the Collection of Receivable.
- Establish Product Proposals to introduce products.
- Training will be provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Singaporeans & PRs preferred
- Minimum O’ Level / N’ Level / Nitec / Diploma
- English, Chinese and PC Literate (Basic MS Office and Outlook)
- Good Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal, Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
- Acquiring the Skills & Mentality to Deliver Excellent Results. With Positive Attitude and WILLINGNESS TO LEARN
