About the Role:
We are looking to hire a Strategic Innovation intern who has a keen passion for writing and a sense of curiosity towards finding out the best tools to utilize in ensuring that the needs of the stakeholders are met.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in innovation projects and campaigns inspiring business units in different geographies to be customer-centric and innovative
- Provide support in Design Thinking workshops/trainings
- Coordinate and support in the designing of direct email marketing campaigns/posters on internal social media to promote innovation within the organisation
- Discover and explore latest communication trends and develop content messaging strategy, from day-to-day video production to copywriting and proofreading creative copies for Workplace platform
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information and translate into content needs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduates who can commit for a minimum of 6 months are welcome to apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Arts preferred
- Interest in managing communications in the real estate industry
- Excited to take on complexity and nuance from a communications standpoint
- Proficient with PowerPoint and familiar with MS Office tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite will be an added advantage
- Possess a knowledge with SEO/ SEM and Google Analytics will be preferred
- Keep up to date with trending digital technology and creative editing software packages such as Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
