Role Description
Reporting to the Global Consumer Experience Lead, and part of the Global Marketing-Digital Team, this position will play a key role in driving Specialised Nutrition's consumer experience, from Google searching the best formula for their baby, to purchase and preparing the formula at 2am in the morning.
Specific Responsibilities
The role will focus on the Friso brand's consumer transparency platform - TrackEasy. Specifically, the role will be responsible for:
- Managing a live in-market pilot with HK team
- Regular platform performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation identification
- Facilitate global best practise sharing by leveraging local marketing teams, external agencies & internal experts, to further the CX & TrackEasy agenda
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Digital marketing experience, especially in website platform & digital media
- Experience with data & analytics, to be able to derive insights/actions from numbers
- Project management & building a process-driven professional approach
- Working experience in a multicultural & international environment
