Roles ? Create designs for all marketing/ adversing collateral's / Internet collateral ? Maintain web page , adhering to specific instructions and directions ? Creates conceptual and final designs for print materials. Assists in site and company-wide marketing initiatives. ? Participates in the development and maintenance of design templates, creative processes and routing review schedule. The selected Web/Graphic Designer must be fully capable in Flash, CSS, HTML and Adobe In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Web design and print design experience required. Please apply only if you meet these requirements. Requirements * Two years of graphic support and experience with federal proposals * Solid understanding of corporate design * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite oftware(Illustrator/Photoshop CS3/InDesign/Acrobat/Dreamweaver/).Quark,Flash and Javascript experience a plus. * Understanding various graphic and type file formats. * Knowledge of how to prepare graphics for print (CMYK) and Web (RGB) and good working knowledge of printing processes. * Ability to be a team player and lead teams in the production of proposals with a variety of staff members involved * Ability to collaborate and work as a team player, with dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet schedules * Creative thinking, problem solving skills, and detail-oriented * Show initiative and be flexible working in a changing environment with high stress and tight deadlines * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, maintain professional attitude, and work as a team member, as well as independently * Strong commitment to corporate quality standards * Proficiency in Desktop Publishing software Applicant must be able to serve a period of 3mths (Full Time). -----------------------------------------------------
