If you are interested in working in this type of environment, and by the great challenge we can offer you after an internship with us, we welcome you to take up this position. www.frost.com We are seeking two MIS associates who can join us either on a part-time basis or as full-time graduates. You will be a contract member of a small team of permanent multi-functional IT professionals and occasional consultants that support the day to day operations as well as long range projects for a network of approximately 150 employees spread throughout Singapore, Australia and Korea. You will report to the Regional MIS Manager and provide recommendations and insight on the strategy and operations of our network. This position requires the hands-on ability and desire to be cross-functional and learn new technologies rapidly on the job. Roles and Responsibilities Primary ?¡è Manage level I help desk requests. ?¡è Set up new users to include software and hardware. ?¡è Set up visitors to include software and hardware. ?¡è Remote user support via phone and/or remote access software. ?¡è Keep informed as to present and emerging technologies. ?¡è Work with immediate supervisor and other team members on special projects that entail value creation for the firm's IT systems. ?¡è Submit Weekly Status reports and daily timesheets to direct supervisor. Secondary ?¡è Expand knowledge of existing systems within the corporate framework. ?¡è Aid in Development of new systems. ?¡è Take on added responsibility to manage new systems
