Company Profile

Frozt is Singapore’s leading manufacturer and supplier of popsicles. We supply to over 200 retail points in Singapore including local & international schools, tourists attractions, supermarkets, hotels, F&B and retail establishments. We also export our products to overseas markets like Vietnam and Australia. Our popsicles are made with real fruits, dairy free, vegan friendly and halal certified. We are also the first popsicle brand awarded the Healthier Choice Symbol by the Health Promotion Board. We have also received other awards such as Tasty Singapore and SME 500 Singapore. 

For our events arm, Frozt is involved in many local and international events. Some examples include Singapore Airshow, Army Open House, NDP, RSAF Open House and many more. For our edutainment arm, Frozt work with schools to conduct popsicle making workshops at our partners' venues. 


Similarly to our popsicles, the team at Frozt is a group of young people who enjoy work and have fun at the same time. We enjoy coming up with fun and creative ideas for everyone to enjoy our popsicles. 

Our vision is to be the leading popsicle brand in Southeast Asia. 

Our brand story: Inspired by our traditional popsicles back in the 1980s, Frozt is an inspiration from our local traditional ice popsicle back in the 1980s that were made of artificial flavourings and colourings, Sng Bao or Air Batu, is a popular childhood favourite for the young and the young at heart. It was definitely our founders' favourite too. They can vividly recall those younger days where they would save their pocket money and secretly buy them from the convenience store near the playground. 

Till today, Sng Bao or Air Batu remains as one of the top childhood icy treat that many never grow out of. Inspired by it, our founders decided to add a modern twist to it while keeping its traditional touch.

Job Description

Job Scope:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to fulfill customer orders.
  • Manage inventory levels and replenishment to meet demand forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and other analytical insights for management review.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business objectives.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
