Job Description
  • To undergo trainings for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions 
  • To undergo trainings for supervisory roles and responsibilities so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management
  • Complete all trainings and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently within the targeted timeline up to Service/Kitchen staff
  • Assist with the hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions
  • Assist Restaurant Manager on daily restaurant operations.
  • Involve in Schedule planning and Sales opening and closing. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests. 
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints. 
  • Responsible in ensuring smooth operating of the restaurant. 
  • Assist in creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development
  • Assist in managing filing system and read company emails
  • Provide effective leadership to the production team to ensure targets are met
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the central kitchen during scheduled shifts
  • Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform standards
  • Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainees
  • Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Ensure the strict compliance by all production staff to company’s standard operating procedures
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
