To manage daily operations for Asian accounts. On one hand to respond to clients’ requests and questions in a timely fashion; and on the otherhand, to liasie with the technical teams based in Amsterdam to facilitate operational turn-around.
To conduct trainings and on-boarding sessions for label clients.
To translate all user guides and on-boarding guides from EN to CN.
Specific project / learning outcomes
Account management, planning and execution a rooster of clients.
Should we go beyond internship, we are hoping that he/she will be able to run Mainland China and Taiwan markets independently.
Requirements
Chinese (writing and reading both Simplified and Traditional charaters) at native level.
English at business level.
Preferably Chinese or Taiwanese national.
Interest in technology but no need for formal technical training.
Interest in music industry but no need any working experience in this industry.
