JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Centre Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the building and leasing matters.You shall be responsible to handle tenant’s requests, supervision of M&E operations, reviewing of contractors service standards and to work closely with the headquarters to propose long term and short term plans to improve property value. You will also be involved in the special project works. You shall also be responsible for ensuring that the asset is maintain at full occupancy and striking the balance between the sustainability of the tenant and investors'' returns. Build strong relationships with corporate clients, MNC and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder with 5-6 years' experience in commercial/retail leasing/ building management in Singapore
- Able to work independently in a multinational company
- Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
- Be aware of general commercial real estate market trends
- Ensure that lease administration matters are in order
- Strong communication skills preferred with strong command in Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparties)
