JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Director of Customer Care to lead, motivate, drive customer care, concierge, help desk and club lounge. Be responsible for day to day management of F&B, Event Management, Customer relations, Building Maintenance and Housekeeping. Ensure that the crew is skilled and well equipped to deliver top notch service delivery to the customers. Be updated with the latest business environment and to bring in sound ideas to increase sales, decreased spending and maximising sales revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of management experience with F&B or international/5 star hotel/ Cabin Crew
- Familiarity with Chinese cuisine will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills preferred with strong command in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparties) and English
- Able to work independently in a matrix organization
- Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
