Job Description

Business Development Executive 

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for sales activities (preparation of presentations, proposals, follow up on email enquiries, quotations, invoices and after sales service)
  • Establish, develop and maintain good customer relationship
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problem
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals
  • Project management and sales data management
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required
  • Other sales administrative matters

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Poly Diploma holder in Business studies
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Takes initiative and driven to learn
