Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the company's strategic business plan, including long-term objectives, growth initiatives, and resource allocation strategies.
• Conduct SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges for the business.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections, to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, assumptions, and drivers for financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess market size, growth potential, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation within target markets.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings to inform strategic decision-making, product development initiatives, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Financial Analysis: Proficiency in financial forecasting techniques to develop accurate and reliable financial forecasts and performance metrics.
• Business planning: Experience in developing strategic business plans, market segmentation, and growth strategies, to align organizational objectives with market opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate financial concepts, present findings, and recommendations to senior management.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis, data interpretation, and report preparation to ensure the reliability and integrity of business plans and financial forecasts.
