Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client needs and ensure they are met effectively
  • Resolve client concerns and issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to improve client services and solutions
  • Onboard new clients and provide training on products/services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports on client account status and metrics
  • Assist with client renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of customer success principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Englishand Chinese is a plus.
