Funding Societies Pte Ltd – Operations Intern (Python)

This role would involve developing a reliable and high performance data and/or software tool that will help Funding Societies achieve its operational and business goals.

The key responsibilities of this role are to improve the customer experience, product metrics and operations through the use of technology. This means getting down and dirty to write SQL queries, build dashboards and develop Python tools to drive impact to the business.

What you’ll do

• Perform simple data analysis to identify data patterns & trends and recommend areas of improvement in the operations process

• Optimise scalable processes to improve operational efficiency, translating business needs into measurable outcomes such as Turnaround Times

• Liaise with various teams such as sales, underwriting and collections to support business needs by exploring data sources and building new automation tools

• Drive change throughout the business through structured feedback, ensuring we always provide customers with the best possible experience across all aspects of Funding Societies
