RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the day-to-day HR operation matters including but not limited to: pre-board, on-board new hires and employee exits.
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR system when necessary
- Prepare documentation for employment status changes or updates
- Generate reports or and working on data requests for management or relevant stakeholders
- Assist with the organizing of company events and engagements
- Undertaking project-based work in the areas of employment, people analytics, wellbeing, employee events, benefits and/or salary benchmarking depending on business needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Interested to pursue a career in HR
- Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative and strong focus on service delivery, quality and efficiency
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is highly advantageous but not a must
- Eligible to work in Singapore
Working location: ESR BizPark @ Changi (South Tower) nearest MRT: Expo (CG1/DT35)
Applications will be considered for a 4-6 months full-time internship in 2024.
