The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team in the daily activities of end-to-end talent acquisition.
He/she will help with recruitment activities, including but not limited to screening and pipelining candidates, posting job advertisements, and understanding the entire process of in-house talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with recruiters and support the team’s recruiting initiatives.
- Assist in sourcing and reviewing resumes across various platforms.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and pipelining.
- Coordinate and schedule interview arrangements.
- Provide timely responses and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Accurately input and maintain candidate data, ensuring timely and precise documentation.
- Keep candidate records up to date in our database for seamless tracking and retrieval.
- Assist in compiling data and creating insightful reports to support the team’s goals.
- Take on additional ad-hoc tasks to support the team’s evolving needs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or an equivalent relevant field of study.
- Interested in pursuing a career in HR and keen to explore the Talent Acquisition function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Eligible to work in Singapore.
Working location: Changi Business Park (5-minute walk from Expo MRT)
