Fyxlife is a venture building and investment holding company that predominantly builds and operates new ventures in education, health, beauty, and wellness spaces.
We are looking for an intern to conduct in-depth market research to understand key pain points, product preferences, and potential interest areas from both business owners and customers. You will work closely with the Founders to bring ideas from concept to reality, playing a key role in developing minimum viable product (MVP) and defining the right product-market fit.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews through cold calls and in-person visits to business centers across the city.
• Engage with salon owners, staff, and consumers to gather insights on industry challenges, product preferences, and service expectations.
• Design and refine questionnaires to ensure structured and insightful data collection.
• Build rapport and meaningful conversations with stakeholders for future engagement.
• Analyze responses to help finalize our hypotheses and define our MVP.
• Summarize findings and provide actionable insights to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (for seamless communication with diverse stakeholders).
• Strong interpersonal skills – confident in speaking with business owners, staff, and the general public.
• Ability to frame thoughtful questions and drive engaging conversations.
• Comfortable with on-ground research, cold calling, and shop visits.
• Organized and detail-oriented in collecting and presenting data.
• Interest in the health & wellness industry.
