This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team’s branding and marketing efforts for the F&B businesses under the Group in Singapore.
Job Description
- Assist the marketing team in the direction, planning, development, conceptualisation and development of existing and new brands, including marketing and creative aspects
- Assist with the management of social media platforms which includes planning monthly calendars, content creation and execution
- Assist with the design and execution of creative output of print/ digital collaterals
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards and guidelines for all creative outputs
- Planning of photo shoots and video production to support marketing and promotional activities
- Assist in managing customer acquisition, retention, rewards etc. under loyalty app where applicable
- Keep up to date on consumer habits and trends, and provide recommendations on consumer perspective and feasibility of business activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned under the Group
