This position reports to the Operations manager and interacts with other supervisors and installers. We believe in learning-by-doing and learning from mistakes.
We are looking for Diploma holders who are interested in gaining a hands-on experience with Maintenance and Repair of Air-Conditioners and other Household Electronics. You will be tasked to monitor our service quality and evaluate our maintenance and repair methods to ensure conformance to market requirements, government, and safety regulations. Individual to be involved in:
- Cleaning, checking, and repairing of air conditioning systems, and performing warranty services.
- Troubleshooting defective AC systems and equipment to identify the root cause and replacement of component.
- Improve air quality and optimize efficiency by cleaning cooling coil. [Chemical Wash / Steam cleaning]
- Ensure drainpipe is free of dust/dirt and draining properly.
- Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
- Submission of daily report of servicing; maintenance functions.
- Maintaining service vehicle in good condition.
- Ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
