Galen Growth Asia Pte Ltd – Marketing & Event Manager Internship

The Marketing and Event Manager Internship will help creating our HealthTech Annual Summit along with our pitch sessions. This Internship will have important responsibilities and will be required to organise events, create the programmes and built marketing collaterals. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a true passion for innovation and startups, and above all, wanting to build quality events for the ecosystem.

You will:

Create the programme and social media strategies to increase the awareness about the HealthTech Summit, HealthTech Innovation Programmes and other activities.

Create, develop and manage campaigns and social media posting.

Preparing marketing & social media calendar to build awareness.

Handling all event enquiries.

Formulating event menus & packages.

Liaison with event clients.

Assisting in basic photography & videography.

Assisting in production of basic event collateral e.g. Badges, standees,

Requirement

Excellent oral, written, and organisational communication skills

Attention to detail with swift execution

Having a strong interest in new technologies and digital health related topics will be a plus

Creative, mature, analytical, self-motivated and resourceful to meet the demands of the role

Basic Adobe Photoshop / Design skills

Creative and possess excellent writing skills to curate engaging web copy/content

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
