- Facilitation and engagement - conduct activity briefing; ask leading questions and render assistance; switch to wet weather plan if required; ensure participants follow safety protocols; time-keep
- Media - take pictures and conduct video interviews
- Logistics - take attendance, collect / distribute meals, assist with other tasks by camper manager
- First aid - Render first aid and/or accompany camper to the nearest clinic
- Students in polytechnics and universities preferred
