Job Description

You will act as a primary or secondary point of contact for clients, handling incoming questions via email or the booking system. You will help to maintain CRM database and ensure content and information is accurate and up-to-date.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide fast, friendly processing of client requests

• Input of data into CRM and other data bases

• Help to update and manage team calendars and resources

• Perform other duties as assigned
