Job Description
Job Scope:
- Engage in retention initiatives and projects
- Contact existing customers for renewals
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
- Address customer concerns in a timely manner
- Educate customers on the value of our product and services
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous sales experience preferred but not compulsory
- Results-driven
- Passionate about the Education Technology industry
