Job Description
- Assist in marketing department duties
- Generate weekly sales and marketing reports
- Assist in events marketing such as logistics arrangement, manpower scheduling, inventory, etc
- Assist in webinars
- Assist in digital marketing such as creating lead magnets, emails, and landing pages and maintaining social media messages, etc
- Adhoc duties such as desktop research, sourcing for suppliers and inspection, etc
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or Events
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in events
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to frequent changes
- Meticulous
- Team player
Work Schedule :
- Mondays - Fridays
- 10 am - 7 pm
