1. Assist and support Sales Team with customer queries related to order fulfilment documentation.
2. Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
3. Provide support the team with various projects and tasks as needed, track orders, maintain the customer database.
4. Updating sales records and documents accurately.
5. Attending meetings to observe and learn.
6. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the department manager.
