gentle ground is Singapore's first co-working beauty space. We provide different workstations for beauty entrepreneurs and practitioners to offer a variety of beauty treatments to their clients. In addition, we offer support and assistance in various forms to help them start, grow, or scale their business in an ethical, confident, and professional manner.

Job Description

 

  • Greet clients and guests warmly and professionally, and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests and inquiries.
  • Assist clients and guests with their bookings.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction on site and on social media platforms.
  • Familiarise clients with the salon's facilities and amenities.
  • Receive and usher guests, including serving beverages.
  • Register clients' and guests’ data and manage records via the system.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain high levels of customer care.
  • Take and resolve customer feedback or complaints, and be open to constructive criticism.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Replenish stocks and check inventory.
  • Support with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people in a professional, positive, and courteous manner.
  • Passionate about delivering warm and positive customer service.
  • Bilingual skills are required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
