Receptionist & Retail Assistant (Part-time / Full-time)

We are looking for a genuine, friendly, and confident team member to join our team. The short-listed candidate should understand the importance of maintaining consistently excellent customer service and cleanliness in-store. Your duties will include reception service, customer service and assistance, managing online bookings, housekeeping, cleaning, inventory monitoring, sales, and events assistance.

• Greet customers genuinely, warmly and professionally, and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
• Handle customer requests and enquiries confidently to ensure complete customer satisfaction both on and off-site.
• Assist customers with their bookings.
• Familiarise customers with the store's facilities and amenities.
• Receive and usher guests, including serving beverages.
• Register customers’ data and manage records via the online system.
• Take and resolve feedback or complaints from customers, and be open to constructive criticism.
• Prepare the store and workstations by ensuring that they are clean and well-stocked for the next customers to use.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Replenish stocks, check inventory, and perform cleaning duties.
• Participate in events and provide support with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people in a professional, positive, and courteous manner.
• Passionate and initiative about delivering warm and positive customer service.
• Bilingual skills are required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable working retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
