Job Description

We are looking for 1 designer intern. The tasks include but not limited to:

  1. Design Iteration: Refine and enhance the existing MVP design based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving requirements. Create high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
  2. UI/UX Enhancements: Optimize user interfaces and interactions to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Ensure consistency with design standards and branding.
  3. Collaboration: Partner with product engineers to align on product goals, design constraints, and implementation strategies.
  4. Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability tests to iteratively improve the product design.
  5. Design Documentation: develop and update design documentation, style guides, and design systems to reflect changes and maintain design consistency.

This is a flexible, deliverable-based position. The design intern and GenVoice will collaborate to establish project deliverables.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and design improvement.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive design decisions.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
