- Develop BIM Model in accordance with BIM practices and standards from internal and authorities standards
- Ensure accuracy of the BIM model with design intent, and delivery of BIM deliverables in a timely manner
- Review models from other parties prior to federation and executed Model health check.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials for meetings and coordination.
- Responsible for the coordination and control of BIM technical matters, and quality implementation
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Architecture, Civil & Structure, and M&E
- Experience in the adoption of the BIM process in infrastructure projects from tender to completion of projects will be an advantage.
- Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player.
- Competency in the following software: Revit / Navisworks Manage / AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Bentley Open Building Designer.
