GetGo Technologies is a carsharing platform that started in February 2021. GetGo has grown to be one of the largest carsharing companies in Singapore since then. Day-to-Day Activities
Proactively support our users in lost and found cases and ensure log entries are accurate
Review, resolve, and respond to GetGo customer(s) disputes submission within a defined timeframe
Process reimbursement submissions by users and ensure accurate verification
Verification process includes verifying photo evidence submitted to match booking records
Correspond with users to request for additional information, i.e. photo evidence, booking or payment details
Execute exceptional handling for pre-defined cases referencing on existing procedures and processes
Manage reimbursement and disputes using Google Sheets, and instruct Finance to process reimbursement payments once verification is complete
