GetGo Technologies is a carsharing platform that started in February 2021. GetGo has grown to be one of the largest carsharing companies in Singapore since then. Day to Day Activities
Conduct fraud investigations to build strong cases against persons of interest misusing GetGo’s fleet and platform
Correspond with users and provide them with updates on the status of our investigations
Review evidence from various sources including but not limited to information from our Fleet Operations, Fleet Quality, and Customer Experience teams
Perform data-driven analysis and identify trends and patterns to build and enhance GetGo’s risk detection engine
Consolidate evidence, substantiate findings and suggest improvements or addition to our fraud detection logic
Propose technology and system enhancements relating to trust and safety
Conduct regular audits to ensure that GetGo users are adhering to the terms of service and community rules

Preferred someone who is self-motivated, analytical and driven
