What you will learn:
Interns with GetLinks will be exposed to the startup industry – learning about trends, content marketing, and tools & hacks we use to grow the company.
You will also have the opportunity to learn how to build a community of followers, as well as get first-hand experience in dealing and understanding how GetLinks operate. Additionally, you will also experience and learn from stand-up meetings, networking events with founders from different startups across Southeast Asia.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced Internet searching skills, networking, database mining, and other advanced and creative recruitment techniques.
You will also be tasked with:
- Connecting tech talents with the best job possible
- Select & Recommend qualified candidates for key accounts
- Provide day-to-day administration
- Interview candidates
- Coordinate with talents across Southeast Asia, meet new people, and attend startup networking events
- Social media marketing and partnership establishments
- Propose new, innovative ideas and execution plan to help us scale quickly.
Requirements:
- Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, in a small team – building strong interpersonal relationships
- Love taking to people
- Self- motivated, punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
