Why are we so important.
In 2020, Singapore will face a shortage of 30,000 tech talents, as we move vastly into a digital society. Talk VR, IoT, Data, driverless cars etc. Every single company, startups and MNCs are adopting tech at an alarming rate, but lack of one critical resources - technical talents.
We are here to solve that. And we need your help.
What you will learn
You'd be exposed to the startup industry – learning about trends, content marketing, and tools & hacks we use to grow the company and attract these talents across Asia.
You will also have the opportunity to learn how to build a community of followers through strategic marketing, planning and partnerships to grow our list of talents and match them with tech companies.
You'll get to interact with thousands of talents from Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, India and more to support them in landing their dream jobs here in Singapore. Trust us, you'll feel the fulfilment of helping others.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced Internet searching skills, networking, database mining, and other advanced and creative recruitment techniques.
You will also be tasked with:
- Connecting tech talents with the best job possible
- Select & Recommend qualified candidates for key accounts
- Act as a Talent Advocate and provide career advises
- Interview candidates
- Social media marketing and partnership establishments
- Propose new, innovative ideas and execution plan to help us scale quickly.
- Business Development - customer acqusition
Bonus
- Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities independently
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, in a small team – building strong interpersonal relationships

- Good communication and writing skills
