Gia is an early stage healthcare startup that provides mental health and emotional support services in the fertility space. Couples that are struggling to conceive face difficult decisions and a distressing emotional journey. Gia helps such couples by giving them the resources to cope with the ups and downs of the fertility journey. 

We are launching a 3 month pilot in January 2021, where we will test product market fit through a website and social media marketing campaign. Our initial offering for the pilot includes video based programs, events and a buddy match-up that provide information and coaching on emotional wellbeing. This pilot will help us with key decisions that will inform the next stage of scaling the business. 

Job Description

We are looking for a creative video editor to assemble footage into instructional videos that will be hosted on Gia's website. These videos are similar to coursera / masterclass videos and are meant to give our customers emotional coping tools & resources to help them address their emotional journey. 

1. We already have footage for 5 videos of ~30 minute duration; each video has been shot as 4 parts of 5-10 mins each 

2. We have a script (aligned with the video) and PPT based concepts that need to be converted into creative visuals 

3. We have clear brand guidelines for colours and design (so you will not be creating the brand palette )

Requirements: 

1. Edit video footage for the 5 videos (4 parts each) 

2. Input music, graphics, text as per script and PPT based instructions 

3. Apply creativity and design on key messages, images, graphics to bring the content alive 

4. Keep branding consistent across videos 

We are working to a tight timeline and require the videos to be completed within a 4 week period. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has past experience with editing videos, has a clear understanding of the job scope and can deliver the work in a timely manner.
