Commercial Contracts Intern

Based in our Headquarter in Singapore, we are looking for an intern to support our legal agreements and contracts. You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and successful team which offers great culture and environment to its people.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in wide range of legal work:

• Drafting, proofreading and reviewing of contracts;
• Providing legal and documentation assistance to the sales team;
• Legal research;
• Administration support such as managing legal documentation

Qualifications:

• Current student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 months’ internship.
• Good understanding of legal principles.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
• Good team-player.
• Strong attention to details, able to thrive in a busy and hands-on environment.
• Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate.
• Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment.
