Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company’s official website and e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok.
• Conducting market research and identify opportunities for growth in online sales.
• Supporting the creation of promotional campaigns and any other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Assisting with the management of inventory and fulfilment processes.
• Providing customer support through various channels, including email and chat, to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for improvements to the e-commerce strategy.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to improve the overall e-commerce strategy.
• Content creation for social media channels
• Maintenance of company website
• Work on ad-hoc project and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn, good attitude, creative thinker, and problem-solver.
• Able to work independently (with minimal supervision)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level. All students pursuing their studies in ITE, Polytechnics or Universities are welcome to apply.
• Able to commit for at least 5 months
