Key details:
This is a 6-month full-time internship with on-site working arrangements.
Internship stipend: SGD1,000 /month (Mon-Fri) or SGD1,250/month (Mon-Sat).
Minimum commitment: Aug 2024 - Jan 2025. It’s a plus if you can stay longer.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM. Closed on PHs.
We prefer candidates who can also work on either Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Manage GiftGood’s end-to-end online presence, including but not limited to:
- Website content management (including Landing Pages, Brand Pages, Collection Pages, and Product Pages)
- FAQs & CS content
- Blog content management
- Social media channels (FBIG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business)
- Newsletter
- Online PR strategy & outreach
- Paid advertising (eg. FBIG Ads, Google Ads)
- Third-party marketplaces eg. GrabMart, SnackMagic, etc
In charge of improving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion by:
- Review trends across various tools and data points, such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Social Media Analytics, Customer Feedback
- Research competitive landscapes
- Analyse performance across marketing channels
- Form learnings/hypotheses
- Ideate ways to test hypotheses and relevant action plans to grow followers, engagement and conversions
Explore creative venues to grow GiftGood brand with limited budgets such as:
- Strategic channel partnerships
- Brand collaborations
- Offline events
Assist with Brand & Product Curation:
- Perform research for suitable up-and-coming local & regional brands
- Assist in outreach and onboarding new brands and products
- Assist in curating gift sets for specific festive themes and year-round occasions
- Assist in taking photos of products/gift sets
Assist Other Business Tasks:
- Familiarise with end-to-end online order fulfilment, corporate order fulfilment, and inventory management processes to assist the Operations team when needed (eg. peak season, bulk orders)
- Familiarise with customer support and customer feedback collection process
- Assist with preparing marketing and sales collaterals such as pitch decks/proposals for corporate order bidding, new brand onboarding/acquisition materials, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team leader

- Able to handle daily marketing tasks and weekly/monthly content planning with minimal supervision
- Possess a willingness to learn, stay open to feedback, and adapt fast
- Courageous to drive changes and challenge the status quo
- Have great attention to detail and good eyes for design
- Enjoy experimenting with new ideas and concepts (while staying on-brand)
- Show great empathy for customers, recipients, delivery agents, and partners
