Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and strategise public relations to promote GIG International School, and Professional Development Centre.
- Oversee media relations in Singapore
- Marketing Idea/s generation and implementation with Marketing Team (i.e. written testimonials, videos etc)
- Social Media management with relevant and Call-To-Action posts/ content in FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter to generate traffic
- Sales Follow Up or Prospect Conversions via emails/ calls for scheduled classes with 99% potential ‘to enrol’ rate
- Liaising with Schools, Institutions, Companies for Out-Reach Projects.
- Research on existing institutions to understand, extend, and create messages that will resonate with the target audience.
- Reporting or providing crucial feedback on current implemented marketing effort for Improvement purposes (i.e. prospect behaviours and preferences)
- Proactively support the marketing requirements and organisational objectives of GIG and manage day-to-day marketing deliverables in a timely and effective manner
- Develop public relations strategy and community relations programs
- Develop campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on social media
- Review and supervise media releases, marketing collaterals, as well as social media and web content.
- Develop and maintain the GIGIS’s collaterals and website
- Develop creative ideas and concepts to increase admissions
- Assist on managing the counter for scheduled PDC evening classes
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company Directors
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, mass communication, journalism, corporate affairs or related areas
- practical experience in the field of performance marketing and marketing communications
- prior experience in the education industry is preferred
- Excellent project management skills; experience in managing end-to-end marketing and communications campaigns and activities in the current digital age
- experience leading and managing teams/stakeholders
- Experienced in working in a multicultural environment
- Proven track record of project management experience
- Experience in market research / sourcing for market intelligence would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Experience with enterprise and marketing software solutions
- Must be proactive, with strong ability to impact and influence
- Must be enterprising and passionate about driving business through digital space
