Responsibilities
- Work on multiple aspects of business development including sales, brand management and business expansion
- Actively engage and reach out to high potential buyers and sellers to be part of the Gigworks platform and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Co-create business development plan and roadmap and ensure that it is aligned with Gigworks' overall strategic direction.
- Support various business development initiatives to ensure it meets company’s objectives.
- Develop customer centric (buyers/sellers) initiatives by representing the voice of the client in all initiatives with the aim of providing a positive experience and build long term relationships with our buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management on progress, roadblocks and solutions to increase customer adoption (buyers/sellers).
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Strong in relationship building and have the maturity to handle and relate to a wide range of people at all levels.
- Must be extremely organized and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism, with a customer-centric and data-driven decision-making mindset
- High levels of creativity
- Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses amicable disposition
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must.
- Excellent command in written and verbal English
- Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
- Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
