Responsibilities
- Actively engage and reach out to high potential buyers and sellers to be part of the Gigworks platform and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Developing connections and new sources of business via social network and LinkedIn
- Actively engage and reach out to high potential buyers and sellers to be part of the Gigworks platform and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct online interviews and assessments to identify quality professionals across a range of skills and experience in line with the categories provided on our platform
- Maintain good relationship with existing accounts for repeated hiring
- Carry out business requirement meeting with clients to better understand their hiring needs and job requirements
- Oversee recruitment activities to source and invite high quality candidates to join our platform as freelance / remote talents through social networking, LinkedIn, employee referrals and advertising.
- Oversee quality of job postings by client companies, ensuring they accurately capture requirements, are well-written and attractive to target talents
- Provide quality customer support through Digital channels for our Gigworks buyers and sellers by attending to various issues, comments, feedbacks and queries to build a sense of personal touch with them.
- Organise and implement various loyalty schemes and programmes to reward, incentivize and optimize the whole seller and buyer to build a strong connection with the company.
- Participate in broader Talent Acquisition projects that benefit the entire team or organisation
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma / Degree in Business or relevant discipline
- Possess 4 to 6 years of progressive talent acquisition / recruitment / business development experience within a professional services sector recruitment environment will be preferred
- Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools will be an added bonus.
- Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Good communication skill, fast learner and comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
