Responsibilities
- Work together with Lead Engineer to resolve complex technical issues
- Take ownership and drive effective closure to complex or escalated technical issues
- Work with business stakeholders to identify, propose, prioritize, automate and execute test plans and test cases.
- Be hands-on in planning and running necessary tests, identifying and triaging issues and driving issues to resolution, and communicating the testing status to everyone.
- Manage and maintain the releases of our mobile apps. Help to ensure that every release happens in a timely manner with a high level of quality.
- Create and support test and release pipelines in our CI, build monitors and test reporting.
- Work closely with product analyst and developers in an agile environment.
- Participate in system testing and manage UAT
- Generate ad-hoc reports from live system upon client’s request
- Maintain constant performance towards company key performance indicator (KPI)
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications with min. 1 year in similar capacity
- Familiar with development technologies (any one of ASP or ASP.NET) is a must
- Familiar with database technologies (any one of SQL Server or MySql)
- Able to multi-task in a demanding, fast paced environment and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Pleasant personality, with excellent organizational, interpersonal and prioritizing skills
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
- Willing to work beyond office hours (when required)
