Gigworks has a wide variety of on-demand professional services spanning over 40 categories including Web & Mobile Development, Content & Blog Post Writing, Design & Creative, Sales & Marketing and Accounting & Consulting etc.
Responsibilities
- Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing on both Mobile and Web.
- Executing manual/automated test cases and analyzing results.
- Performing functional testing of features for release cycles, including executing test cases, raising defects and maintaining defect logs.
- Raise defects / issues found during user testing and follow through.
- Notify IT support team immediately on critical issues.
- Re-testing on fixed issues.
- Informing the development team of any business flow that seems incorrect.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any fields.
- Experience in QA testing/UAT/test case writing is preferred.
- Excellent command in written and verbal English and conversational Chinese (Mandarin)
- Meticulous attention to detail with a positive attitude and perseverance required to report observations and defects to developers.
- Highly goal driven and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter and a strong team player who demonstrates high level of resilience and can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
