Glance Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd – Sales & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a 5-month full-time/part-time Sales & Marketing Intern to be part of a fast-paced start-up environment. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work in a

dynamic and exciting environment! The selected candidate will support the marketing manager in executing, managing, and optimizing paid and owned media.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will:

• Enhance your skillsets in areas across digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid ads

• Enhance communication and leadership skillsets in a nurturing environment

• Work with mentors that will facilitate and unleash your capabilities to develop

• Receive guidance for your career aspirations and prepare you for future sales and marketing roles

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Brainstorm and conceptualize marketing campaign ideas across our social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and LinkedIn

• Manage content calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging

• Copywriting of articles to boost SEO (Search Engine Optimization) rankings

• Design marketing collaterals consistent with the brand

• Learn to leverage Facebook ad accounts to monitor, analyse and optimize campaigns

• Merchant Acquisition: Be actively involved in acquiring new accessories/workshops merchants

• Merchant Relationship: Develop and maintain merchant relationship, monitoring initiatives to improve merchant engagement

Desirable Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing) is a plus. Other disciplines are also welcomed to apply

• Social media savvy and have a knack for creating engaging content

• Possess good learning attitude and takes initiative in his/her daily tasks

• Resourceful, adaptable and pays attention to details

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
