People Strategy Intern
At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realize their human potential.
We’re looking for a People Strategy Intern to join our People Strategy team, to support the People Strategy team in developing and scaling people programs that will deliver direct positive impact to both the business and Glintstars, across the various stages of Glints’ growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a key contributor and thought partner to supporting Glints’ People Team leadership in various strategic initiatives
- Facilitate the strategic planning and coordination of people-related special projects across teams and regions, not limited to re-organisations, engagement & change management efforts, internal communications, L&D
- Support ad-hoc people projects and tasks.
