Job Description

We are looking an immediate  temporary/ part-time Admin Assistant who is able to committe at least 4 months.

Job Responsibility & Requirements

·           General administratives support

·           Preferably with Accounts & Financing background.

·           Ability to generate Invoices & Receipts using accounting system.

·           Documents filling, database maintenance, data entry etc.

·           Ability to multi-task effectively with an attention to details.

·           Able to commit at least 3 full days a week.

·           Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

·           Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·           Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and email proficient. 

·           Positive attitude and work ethic.

·           Able to start work in January.

·           18years old above
