Warehouse Manager/Assistant

Job Description

• Liaising with customers and transport companies;
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods;
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Loading and unloading trucks, receiving products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products.
• Makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
• Report any discrepancies
• Makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
• The efficient utilisation of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met;
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy;
• Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded;

• English Speaking
• Singaporean
• Prefer to have trained forklift driver with valid license
• Experience of more than 2 years in warehouse management
• Salary: SGD 1800-2100 based on experience
• Working hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (5 days a week)
