Job Description
- Processing of GIRO Application
- Collate all GIRO Application Forms submitted by Centre to Finance HQ.
- Check that GIRO Application Forms are complete before mailing out to UOB Bank.
- Upon receiving the approved Application Forms from Bank, scan a copy into Shared Folder and send the softcopy to Centre.
- Monitoring of SCFA Application/Renewal Process
- Daily monitoring of all SCFA e-mails sent by Centre to MSF and update tracking list for all new application/renewal/withdrawal
- Monitor and highlight SCFA Students who do not meet the 50% attendance in any month.
- Checking and Data Entry of Withdrawn Student Information
- Check withdrawn Student information is complete and update to withdrawal listing.
- Filing of Withdrawal Forms and NETS documents.
- Assist with Data Entry of Petty Cash into Accounting System
- Checking of Weekly Canteen Vendor Verification Forms
- Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
