Job Description - Preschool Teacher (English Language):

• Execute & conduct age-appropriate curriculum according to the Company’s curriculum framework
• Maintain quality classroom and learning environment that promotes learning in accordance to the curriculum framework
• Forster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents by being a positive role model
• Execute daily routine accordance to time schedule
• Maintain minimum admin work for reference / record purpose

• 为参考/记录目的维护最少的管理工作

Job Description - Infant Educarer

• Assist in setting up quality classroom and learning environment that promotes learning in accordance to the curriculum framework
• Consistently maintaining regular observation and evaluation of child’s development and progress,
• Assist in preparation of materials for conducting tasks and activities daily (sing-a-long, art projects, sensory exploration etc)
• Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children by being a positive role model when interacting with children.
• Ensure safety of each child through close supervision, whether in the classroom, play area, or any other areas in the school compound.
• Conduct childcare routines in a manner that is prompt, hygienic and consistent with early child development practices. These routines include diapering, feeding, bathing, hand washing, napping and transitioning between activities.
• Assist to maintain daily journal of milk feeds, solid feeds, diapering etc, in accordance to relevance for each age group.
• Accept and maintain responsibility for the appearance, decor and cleanliness of the Centre.
• Take corrective actions and inform the Principal for any potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Follow the AECES code of ethics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with each child’s family.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the Centre by participating in staff meetings, meet-the-parent sessions, open house events, workshops etc.
• Constantly seek to acquire organisational and professional competencies, skills and knowledge to improve personal performance; prioritise them for the development of self and others.
• Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management or Supervisor from time to time.
• Collaborates and communicates respectfully with Colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate understanding and uphold the vision, mission and values of the Organisation.

Qualifications

Requirements - Preschool Teacher (English Language)

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Pyschology & Early Education
• GCE 'O' Level credit in English
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good rapport with Parents and various Stakeholders
• Enjoy and love the company of young children
• Team player
• Full time and Part time position (s) available

资历 - 幼儿园华文老师

• 学前教育大专文凭和新加坡ECDA L1或 L2的认证

 Requirements - Infant Educarer

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
• Candidates who are currently undergoing HCIC/ACEY are welcome to apply too
• Ability to build good rapport with Parents and various Stakeholders
