The company is an Asian division of an American recruitment company, which sources to solve the problem of shortage of nurses in the US. Being in a non-traditional company, the intern would enjoy autonomy while guided by the managers. The company culture is fun and non-traditional. The intern is expected to assist hired candidates with post-interview and post-offer questions, on the legal and admin details, help implement marketing strategies and intake results. Also, event organization and management is required. In the event the recruitment is held overseas, interns might get a chance to accompany the managers. Marketing and management skills are a must. The intern must be willing to learn, while able to hold a certain amount of responsibility independently. He/she should possess flexibility and creative thinking.
